As a technician trainee, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Observing and learning from staff members in all technical departments at Dangote Cement
Participating in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events
Taking notes on experiences and maintaining a log of what you have learned Compiling reports and delivering presentations to other staff members
Analyzing current systems and suggesting new ideas for improvement
Bringing positive energy to the organization and building lasting professional relationships with staff
Conducting research and assisting the Supervisor whenever possible
Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites as needed
Maintaining the company’s good reputation at all times

Qualifications for Technician Development Program
Hold a National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or a related engineering field.
Have achieved at least a second class lower or lower credit.
Be 25 years old or younger.
Possess a minimum of 5 O’level credits in one sitting, including English language and Mathematics.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Show comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Display innovation and creativity.
